A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the balance due at the end of your treatment. This non-refundable deposit may be transferred should you need to reschedule your appointment outside of our 48-hour cancellation policy. This non-refundable deposit may be used as the cancellation fee should you need to cancel within the 48-hour period.
We understand that emergencies, illnesses and weather happens and do take that into consideration. We ask that you call us at 603-617-0150 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We'll be happy to work together to reschedule you. Replies to our automated text system are not received.

Gift card/certificate sales are final and may not be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
Gratuity may be gifted via cash or Venmo.
Unopened product may be returned for store credit with receipt of purchase.
